-Must have checking account for online payments.

- Please list all income from job, SSI, Government assistance, Child support etc. They all count towards your income. List them each separately though. Have proof.

-No recent evictions in the last 3 years

-Please fill out ALL applicable fields 

​

- If you are behind on rent your personal references may be contacted.

​

- All leases that are not Section 8 are two years.

-Pets and fees vary
